converted into a delightful one bedroom cottage,
It is situated in the grounds of the owner's home, which is surrounded by
chickens,
waterfowl, goats and pigs.
The cottage is accessed by a small fenced footbridge over a stream which runs through the property. |

The owners serve home baked food and old fashioned teas on the premises and in
the gardens. The South Downs Way - favourite with walkers - is close by.
The picturesque town of Steyning is 4 miles away while the seaside resorts of Worthing, Brighton, Littlehampton and Bognor Regis as well the Castle Town of Arundel and Chichester with it's Cathedral are all within a short drive. The Owners shop is 50 yards away, a good pub serving good food and supermarket are in the village of Ashington, 1½ miles away. |
